Seven day Diet Plan For Weight Loss


 Hey everyone welcome back to Healthy Beat as requested today
 i'm gonna share seven day diet plan for weight loss since you all requested to give one whole week diet plan for weight loss hence this diet plan will definitely help you lose at least five to seven kilos in seven days

You can follow this diet plan effectively as it is very easy to make and follow as all the ingredients are easily available so let's begin with seven day diet plan for weight loss

 Day 1:-
This dairy plan is very effective to boost your immune system and help you to detox 

You will be starting your day one with lemon ginger water as an early morning drink lemon and ginger both helps to boost your immunity and detox. 
For breakfast
 You will have apple cinnamon oatmeal you can cook the oats in plain water or any choice of plant-based milk .

As a mid-morning snack 
you will have 1 cup green tea along with 10 almonds.

 For lunch 
 we'll have mushroom white bean avocado     wheat toast with cucumber side salad try   not to add too much of salt you can season   the cucumber with salt and pepper but try   to use pink salt instead of white salt.

 For mid-afternoon snack 
 you will have plain greek yogurt with     strawberries or blueberries.

 For dinner
 you will have spinach paneer masala with brown rice and small side salad for salad you can use lettuce cucumber tomato .

Before going to bed you will have one cup of chamomile tea or you can have peach tea 



Day 2:-

 For Breakfast 
you will have egg and spinach scramble you can use 2 to 3 eggs.

For mid morning snack 
you will have 1 cup green tea along with 1 cup makhana (lotus seeds) 

For lunch 
you will have burrito bowl made with brown rice black beans tomato onion avocado you're free to add any choice of your veggies.

 For mid-afternoon snack 
you will have any choice of fruit like strawberries orange blueberry or an apple. 

For dinner
 You will have yellow lentil dal with quinoa and a side salad and before going to bed you will have one cup of chamomile or peach tea.



Day 3:-
 day 3 will start with apple cider vinegar lemon water for this you need 1 glass of warm water 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and one lemon.

For breakfast you will have smoothie bowl made from any choice of frozen fruits you can add chia seeds and coconut flakes for fat and protein.

 As a mid-morning snack you will have 1 cup green tea along with handful of walnuts.

For lunch you will have egg salad on wheat toast with 1 cup strawberries for egg salad you need 2 boiled eggs avocado pinch of salt and pepper .

For mid-afternoon snack you will have rice cake with 1 tablespoon of peanut butter and any choice of fruit.

For dinner you will have tofu stir fry with broccoli beans carrot and brown rice 

As usual you will have one cup of chamomile tea before going to bed.



Day 4:-
 we'll start day 4 with cumin seed water for this you need 1 cup of water and 1 tablespoon of cumin seed boil it and have it with lemon.

For breakfast

 For mid morning snack 
we'll have 1 cup green tea with 1 cup blueberries.

 For lunch we'll have split lentil soup with avocado and wheat toast you can use any choice of lentil for the soup for mid afternoon snack you will have handful of almonds.

 For dinner you will have chickpea salad you can add any sort of veggies and nuts.

For this before the bed you will have 1 cup of chamomile tea.


Day 5:-
Day 5 will start with same lemon ginger water for this you need freshly squeezed lemon and ginger and warm water.

For breakfast we'll have plain greek yogurt with strawberries or blueberries or raspberries.

 For mid morning snack
 we'll have wheat toast with one tablespoon of peanut butter and sliced banana.

For lunch we'll have boiled beetroot carrot salad you're free to add tomato onion and any sort of greens.
 if you like for mid afternoon snack you will have one cup green tea with plain roasted peanuts try not to add any salt pepper.

 For dinner
 we'll have black bean soup with wheat toast and a side salad and you will have one cup of chamomile tea before going to bed .


Day 6:-
we'll be starting our day 6 with basil detox drink

For breakfast you will have overnight oats with green apple or any choice of fruit.

 For mid morning snack you will have 1 cup green tea with an apple.

 For lunch 
you will have hummus wrap for this you need low carb tortilla hummus dip tomato avocado salt pepper and any choice of greens.

 as mid-afternoon snack
 you will have celery or carrot with hummus dip.

 for dinner
 we'll have chickpea spinach curry with brown rice you can use any sort of greens like kale chard we'll end our day with one cup of chamomile tea before going to bed .


Day 7 :-
Day 7 will start with cumin water.

 For breakfast we'll have avocado toast with one boiled egg i'm showing two wheat toast but you can have only one.

 for mid morning snack 
you will have green tea with 10 to 12 almonds for lunch you will have two to three mung bean crepes with one tablespoon of ghee and cucumber salad .

for mid-afternoon snack 
you will have any choice of fruit like orange strawberry blueberry an apple or kiwi .

for dinner we'll have cauliflower green peas curry with brown rice and a side salad as usual we'll have one cup of chamomile tea before going to the bed .

Following any healthy diet is a great way to lose weight it will help you cut back on sugary foods and beverages eat more vegetables and increase the protein intake also add the regular exercise to your routine to boost your health and weight loss .
